hi guyss, so my english multimodal question is: Explore to what extent your prescribed text and student selected related text challenge assumptions about human behaviour.

IM STUCK ON WHAT RELATED TEXT TO PICK - I was either looking at the lottery by shirley jackson or metroplis

i wanna do a short story like the lottery but idk what 2 assumption to talk about which are in both my related text and my prescribed text, 1984.

some assumptions I have in mind:
- 1984 challenges the idea that love is a strong and forever however in reality people clostest to us end up betraying us -
- challenges that technology is for advancement and for the better like healthcare systems etc however in reality it is bad, like in 1984 it is used for surveillance, etc
- challenges the idea that we want to be unique and different however in realityy we always end up conforming
