Works for me.

It's a PDF, so one of two things will probably happen. If you web browser is set up to open PDF files, then the document will suddenly appear in a new window. However I suspect that you're using Internet Explorer (shame on you) so the file has probably downloaded somewhere on your computer. Check the desktop, or folders such as "received files" or "downloaded files".
