I think its pretty obvious. Easy Labor win. Liberals picked up the northern beaches seats they should have always had in the first place..

I'm pretty sure you are well aware that 2PP doesnt mean much for the Liberals in NSW due to the way the seats are distributed. A sizeable swing across the state didnt make much difference to the actual numbers needed to change government.

Pittwater and Manly should never ever be seen as anything other than rightfully belonging to the Liberals.

I always find it ironic how the Liberals try to appeal to middle Australia and they go and hold their post election gig at some exclusive hotel Sydney that a great majority of people in NSW would never dream of attending.

I always like seeing the politicians commentating on the ABC election coverage. Once voting's over and they know that what they say isn't going to affect anything, they tend to cut loose a bit and show a sense of humour that hasn't been carefully focus-grouped and pre-packaged.

I love how they always roll out Kerry Chikarovski at state elections so she can crow about the fact that her terrible defeat in 1999 has been replicated by whoever replaced her.

Dawn Fraser seems to stand for every election she can find. She even stood for a directorship of the NRMA a few years ago. She appears to think that she can rely on name recognition by casual voters and that she doesn't need to campaign, and is roundly defeated time after time.

I think the Liberals are gonna lose Epping, since everyone hates the candidate who is some far right pro-life retard. A lot of people angry after he went doorknocking in the early morning when they were still in pyjamas around North Epping.

Well... it seems our compulsory voting system has failed us once again.
