Hrmm i don't know whats wrong with Dragons in first 20minutes vs to the Canberra. Gaziner at fullback seems not good today. Hopefully we try to get it back!

gasnier and cooper make a good centre pairing because gaz is experts at attack and coops a great defender. but as far as i've seen, gaz has never been good at positional play at defence. look at how inglis palmed him off at soo, twice.

this week has been tough to pick, roosters were at $1.07 odds, and loss. the depleted knights beat in form panthers, souths won again, dragons were just disappointing, and i think dogs only decide to win when everyone has given up on them. thank god we can rely on manly to chalk up a win.

he spoke of increase earning for the players and he stressed the fact that he is not greedy. when you talk money, greed is a word you cannot avoid being associated with. i think he is greedy, i think every player who moves to another club because he was offered a higher salary is greedy. so i think mason is out for glory, rather than money.

but they have the right to be greedy - it is a natural human characteristic. a good 1st grader has about 10-15 yrs to make his earning from footy. after that, they go back to being a normal working class man. if they can find a regular job, good on them. but what if they don't? the bottom line is, the nrl needs to be more competitive with its salaries against afl and union, otherwise nrl will die out.
