It was good. Just didn't finish the last question - part iii. But now I realised all you had to do was find the derivative and sub in pi/12. ><

Why HH HB BH and BB?

Because they all have 2 hearts.
HH - 2 normal hearts
HB - 1 normal and 1 sparkly heart
BH - 1 sparkly and 1 normal heart
BB - 2 sparkly hearts

I thought it was fine! Got all of question 16 except for the last part of the last part haha oh well
And that triangle question where you had to work out all the sides etc took me so long to see! i had to redraw it 3 times!
Im just hoping Ext 1 on friday is okay :/

I went pretty good
except the last question, i made progress but didn't end up getting it so ill probly get like 3/8
everything else was good except the last part of the triangle rectangle question, i couldn't get the area of the rectangle
take some marks for silly mistakes and i dont think i got less than 80 raw

The last question was a copy of the 2006 S & G trial. It was basically the exact same thing, just with a different angle.

I find it strange that I found the question which had like 20 triangles inside one big triangle harder than Q16. Anyone else think that?

Could someone tell me how the whole band 6 thing works ? Like, how, a mark not in 90s may be equivalent to a band 6 or something ?

The 2 mark probability, forgot the BH, BB, HB scenario, the clock chiming question I did 24 hrs instead of 12 and the question which asked for what values of y does this series not have an infinite sum. The play on words for the series questions screwed me as for a series to not have a infinite sum, means it has a limiting sum =( Sitting on 96/97

Yeah same. But I did a = 1, l = 12, n = 12, then did Sn = n/2(a+l). Then multiplied the answer by two.

I got 300 because stupid me thought that a grandfather clock was digital and did sum from 1-24. 300 looked like a nice number so i was like ok this sounds right =(

That was it. I got totally screwed by the rectangle in the triangle question, and looks like I misread the infinity one.
