So how is everyone here planning to study for ENGG1811 finals?

I'm kinda confused as to how to study for it though.

Is it just coding?

If so your best bet is practising a few questions which ask you to do something.

I know that's how I learnt to use hardware languages.

Well we have 40 marks dedicated to multiple choice, 30 for coding on VBA and 30 for coding on matlab.

Practice using matlab.

Find sample questions.

If you feel you have already done all that then maybe try looking at using some of your maths/engineering knowledge to do new stuff.

Like for example maybe use more complex functions or try to discover the properties of stuff you will be doing in future courses etc for matlab.

I know that once I start using matlab I'll be using it a lot along with stuff like pspice because its pretty powerful by what I've seen people do on it.

Wasn't too bad, seeing as the questions were quite similar (the written ones, not the MC).

The matlab C1 question was a bit different but it was related to the assignment though.

Didn't really end up studying but hopefully did okay for this subject though. Got sick of studying after that 1 week study sesh for physics =_='
