everyone knows how to beat tiki taka
Not everyone.

I mean on a good day we just flatten the opposition and they can't defend against tiki taka.

Generally the best way to defeat tiki taka is to wait for the other team to make a mistake. If the team doesn't make a mistake then you've got to get ready for waves of attack.

Mate that's common sense given that European players will take forever to adjust to Summer in South America, in the tropical climate in high humidity and over 35 degrees Celsius heat.

That's the only reason why Australia would even have a chance to not come 4th in the group lol.
even with that chance, I doubt Australia won't come last in the group lol.

Still idc they can do it. They could even make it to round of 16 but that's only if some teams have really off days.

And if they don't oh well next time.

Honestly I have 8 years experience on the pitch and the amount of times I've seen teams play worse than they actually are is common. However being professionals, this won't happen as much in the world cup.

However it still happens so nevertheless, no team has not won the 2014 world cup until they are officially kicked out of the comp. Anything can happen lel.

Good thing we are versing spain last, they may ease up if they have already secured their two wins and hence play a weaker squad to give some of their players a run.

We just need to beat Chile and draw to Netherlands, whilst hoping Chile beat Netherlands, then we are in.

Im supporting Australia and the Netherlands (cause of the RvP and LvG connections to Man United). But Straya will get dismantled by every team. Chile got Vidal, Alexis Sanchez etc, the Dutch got RvP, Sneijder, Robben and their young team of stars along with LvG's tactical nous, and Spain the world champs. Straya should be happy nabbing a point let alone progressing to the rdd of 16

I suppose that seeing Australia was able to draw with Japan, they will at least have a little chance to get somewhere

My predictions for the 2 teams to progress from each group:

Group A : Brazil and Mexico

Group B: Spain and Chile

Group C: Colombia and Ivory Coast

Group D: Uruguay and Italy

Group E: Switzerland and Ecuador

Group F: Argentina and Bosnia

Group G: Germany and Portugal

Group H: Belgium and Algeria

Personally will be supporting Iran, Algeria, Bosnia and Australia. Algeria is a massive underdog but has the potential to pull an upset. Bosnia boasts an impressive line-up as mentioned by someone else. Iran is so so. Australia though has 0 chance.
