clearly you haven't frequented BOS enough, to understand what is going on. FMS' comment was not 'flippant' - she seemed to be 100% serious and 100% sure that OP will get 99.95. If OP does, good job - I congratulate them. but to simply say "for sure" and potentially give over-confidence to OP, is not good enough.
