Alright. SO I have to do a cross-generational mini-pip.
Something that involves two generations (baby boomers, Gen y etc)
Except. I've thought, and I can't really think of an original topic
I think "The difference between the baby boomer's attitudes towards work and family compared to Gen Y's "
But that sounds really overdone.
Can anyone maybe come up with some ideas that I could use or at least inspire an ideas for me?

You could maybe compare different generations of their perception of youth in the work force e.g. Many older people perceive "young kids" as incompetent at their jobs if working at fast food for example.
