All the ones I can at UNSW. The one I lost all my stuff for was the computing research one... I can't really be bothered to write everything down again so I might pass on it.what are u applying for?
Which is close to nothing for the record; at least for my texts.Because everyone does english so more people are interested in looking what the English forum has to offer.
depends which oneDo you have to do a CV for the scholarships application?
Yea they are. Doesn't help when your teacher disappears after trials either.Lol wtf my school's top 25 and we only get 15,your teacher's must be fire (or mine are just dreadful?)!.
I'm honestly surprised. Schools around your school's rank should be getting over 15 b6s for English - unless you have an exceptionally small cohort. On the other hand, I'm somewhat surprised at astroman's cohort too lol. I go to a top 10 school and we only get around 50~ on average/ the top third. 60 on a good year, ~40 on a bad year. I know for a fact, a school in the top 5 has 2/3 of their english cohort getting b6s.Lol wtf my school's top 25 and we only get 15,your teacher's must be fire (or mine are just dreadful?)!.
We do better at maths and science I think. For maths, around half the cohort usually gets a band 6 (~60 for both 2u, 3u and ~25 for 4u last year) and for science it ranges from a third to a quarter (~25 for bio, phys and ~40 for chem last year).Maybe the number of b6s in other subjects, make up for the lack of in English?
Wow. what is your school rank range? and what is the size of the cohort at ure school each yearWe do better at maths and science I think. School rank is ~25. This year we have around 170-180 people. I don't think it changes a lot every year.Wow. what is your school rank range? and what is the size of the cohort at ure school each year
Sure, the unofficial school rank is by percentage of band 6s. But there is no such thing as an official school rank. How do they calculate school ranking. Is it based on percentage on band 6's?
Yeah, see, we get the same amount for maths approximately, but my school's relatively crap in science lolWe do better at maths and science I think. Depends what you consider crazy large. This year for bio and phys we have around 75, and for chem we have around 100. Is your school better at humanities than sciences?Yeah, see, we get the same amount for maths approximately, but my school's relatively crap in science lol
Your science cohorts would be considered stronger than mine - (based upon numbers of b6s); unless you have crazy large cohort sizes for those subjects.
