also don't use your phone for 30 mins before you sleep and ideally don't have it in your room!1. ensure your room is cooled sufficiently
2. buy a watch that allows you to track your sleep
3. track the ideal amount of time that you should sleep for - this tends to vary from person to person (hint: 8 hours is vastly different from 8 hrs and 30 mintes)
4. use a pillow with memory foam
5. ensure total darkness and no noise
6. establish a bedtime routine
just do maths advanced papers - maths standard questions tend to be quite generic, and ripped straight from various textbooks. the subject itself is not meant to be hard, so you won't be able to find hard questions from there.
I have this years cssa trial?hii does anyone have any hard math standard 2 papers with more band 5/6 level questions in them? maybe something similar/equivalent to the 2020 hsc exam
Or even better...only use your phone for 30 minutes in a dayalso don't use your phone for 30 mins before you sleep and ideally don't have it in your room!
haha that was my trial exam, thanks anyway!I have this years cssa trial?
i feel like id stress too much over sleep quality that in the end the quality would be worse1. ensure your room is cooled sufficiently

nah this is valid, studying with a shit sleep schedule will fuck u over. even changing it now is riskyAlso you should work on your sleep routine
My sleep schedule was never an issue before, but ever since these holidays, I've been consistently sleeping around 12 and waking up past 8:30 and I just feel tired the whole day. Something must changenah this is valid, studying with a shit sleep schedule will fuck u over. even changing it now is risky
thats so weird. I literally have the exact same sleep schedule, (except i wake up at 9) and i feel lovely. Go to bed earlier and wake up at 8. do 10:30 -- 8:00 maybe. My sleep schedule was never an issue before, but ever since these holidays, I've been consistently sleeping around 12 and waking up past 8:30 and I just feel tired the whole day. The best part is that when I've slept at 10:30, I tend to wake up around 7 which is ideal even for the exam daysthats so weird. I literally have the exact same sleep schedule, (except i wake up at 9) and i feel lovely. Go to bed earlier and wake up at 8. do 10:30 -- 8:00 maybe.
also studying is extremely draining, a lot of it is prolly taht
I haven't been studying as much and I'm still tired 🥲thats so weird. I literally have the exact same sleep schedule, (except i wake up at 9) and i feel lovely. Go to bed earlier and wake up at 8. do 10:30 -- 8:00 maybe.
