Does anyone have recommendations on which Ext 1 maths 2025 trial papers are actually good, because idk if it's just me, but some of the good schools have unnecessarily hard ones that i just don;t think are worth spending time doing if theres like no chance of stuff like that ever coming up ykwim?

The NSB MX1 solutions are partly from a particularly shit AI and are wrong

Here is Q11(g) from the North Sydney Boys MX1 paper and a total BS answer from AI that is in the school's solutions...

• Pattern 1 and 2 are identical under rotation
• There are arrangements, not 36, for each pattern (which are the same)
• The probability 1 / 10

The question is identical to 6 people at a table, 3 boys and 3 girls, and alternating, so the probability is



and any MX1 teacher or exam marker who got this wrong shouldn't be employed in that role... suggesting no one actually checked the solutions.

nah I don't do that, the site does struggle with the number of hits around hsc time (seems to just affect HSC papers tho)

there wasn't many only the Cherrybrook paper. and a few new syllabus ones added that were in my backlog.
