These helped me a lot. The cases suit the syllabus dot point well from these essays.

R v SLD, R v Loveridge are some cases that I think work well here. R v Pham (was it?) A Crim R 128. R v (something here - can't remember) A Crim R 112 from 1991.
thanks a lot!
Also in the actual HSC will they actually test us stuff from the themes and challenges section. Like I get how its basically the overview of the importance of why we are learning the crime core in lst but it isn't exactly a syllabus dot point (I would think). So, should I expect it to see it in the Multiple choice/Short Answer/extended response section?

You should expect it to be in the HSC exam, particularly for Human Rights (you can use almost any theme and challenge to answer the 7 mark questions - as they are quite general) and the option topics.

In (I think 2015), there was a transnational crime essay question, which is one of the themes and challenges.

i was looking at the course enrollments for 2025, and while most subjects between both male and female students are rather equal (save for physics… hey girls, especially ones in all girls schools, does physics typically run for you? What stopped you or your peers from choosing physics?) why is it that biology has almost double the female students?

also heres the website if you wanna check it out: https://www.nsw.gov.au/education-and-training/nesa/hsc/facts-and-figures/enrolment-data/courses

I go to an single sex school so I wouldn't be able to comment, but physics and chem are definitely more popular than bio (probably because it scales higher but oh well)
