I'm sure u can hand in practice questions because if u are willing to hand in extra responses when ur teacher didn't tell u to then that means that u actually want feedback. And if u actually wanted feedback u obviously wouldn't use ChatGPT because that would defeat the whole purpose of handing it in for feedback as it isn't ur own work

Huh! That's a horrid teacher. Ask some other teacher to mark it for you, or post it here. There are tons of teachers/tutors that'd be willing, I'm sure.

That is quite the plan you've cooked up Study2success- i may have to give it a try later in the year when we are all settled in properly. Honestly if i try to give her something and she denies i'm prolly going to email the head of english cause we are just chill like that i guess (i've done charity stuff with him) but the relationship between him and my teacher is quite... scandalous in simple terms- so idk how that is going to go- If things go badly or she doesn't accept i always have parent-teacher interviews where hopefully we can talk about it-

Unbelievable! If the student is willing to do extra work, then they should trust their teacher be willing to mark it. It's not "unfair" - every student has the option to do extra work, and if not, then they should be free to consult their teacher.

What's unfair is that students who are struggling aren't given to chance to recieve extra help in the most convenient way possible!

my school has a lot of people in our grade so i guess it makes sense, and im pretty sure if they need extra help theyll be put into one of those classes where another teacher could help them but idk.

Turns out she accepts papers now after one of the girls handed in one that broke some of her rules when it comes to marking- idk what is wrong with this teacher I'm cooked and terrified- i did a hot take in class for an idea and i literally left my teacher speechless and i still don't know if it was a good or bad answer!

When we have a perfect square e.g (4p-3)^2
the answer would be 16p^2 -24p +9
the reason is cuz of the formula a^2 -2ab + b^2 yeah
BUT
the -2ab part wouldn't it be (with the question above) -2*4p*-3 = +24p?
-- OR is does the 'b' (3) not include the negative sign, that's why it's -24p?

like i've legit forgotten

I think the when you times 2*4p*-3 the negative at the front of 2 is not included so you just times the numbers 2x(4px3) and u just minus it from 16p^2. But basically when u do the part 2ab you don't include the negative signs when you times and you just include the minus sign once you figure out the 2ab part cause perfect squares is just a method and ur not substituting it into a formula
