I think u do simplify x+1/x which equals x^2+1/x. Then you sub in root 3+2 and then simplify

I dont think thats necessary, i think u can immediately sub
bc then since its 1/x itll become 1/(root3 +2) which ull have to rationalise
so (assuming) ((root3 +2)^2 +1)/(root3 +2) is different from (root3 +2) + 1/(root3 +2)

Oh yes yes ill tell u what i did wrong
i immediately did that root3 +2 is over -1 without actually multiplying by -1
so it would be
-(root3 +2)/-1 = -root3 -2/-1

just so we have it finalised

yur yur easy did an algebra topic test on monday n got 100%
obviously the test wasnt done after a tiring day so i did have this many silly mistakes lol
