If you're tired- put on a 20 minutes timer and crash. If you can go to bed and don't have any hw due- just crash man, no point over doing it.
Also if you don't have an empty stomach take some panadol or something and if you feel achy check your temperature

When i wanna take a nap, my parents don't let me, and half the time they say my temp is normal or just say i cant have medicine (the box is in their room)
