I think both are good, but my eyes get watery easily whenever I look at screen for too long. So I also prefer paper over digital. But I think both are good environments/methods to work with/in.

id prefer laptop exams cause then I dont have to worry about messy handwriting and hand cramps and I can type faster so its better that way. Also I feel like computer exams are less scary

Depends on what you study. For me, maths and physics are in computer labs, so are online. Chem is however all paper, but it depends what course you take

USYD is all on paper, doing exams on computer feels like an actual degree factory at UNSW. meanwhile exams on paper feels so Oxfordian​
