ok since half yearlies start from monday todays to do list:
- study 6.4 for physics and do lotsss of questions
- study something for chemistry (idk what yet)
- make final edits to my eng common mod essay and ensure it is ready to memorise

ok when I go back to school I AM LOCKING TF IN NO MATTER WHAT AND I AM GRINDING AND BECOMING AN ACADEMIC WEAPON. and I will use this thread EVERY SINGLE DAY and record what stuff I need to complete and then say what I did and didn't complete each day

- finally finalised my common mod essay for eng ready to memorise tmmrw
- did 6.4 for physics
- just watched some vids and understood some stuff for chem

Are you not in year 10? just enjoy being chill for now. The time to lock in will come and you don't want to burn out by then

My biggest regret was actually locking in in year 10

im in yr 10 but im scared 4 senior yr bro n its girraween so im cooked cuz idk anything abt their study/exc stuff life or have much connections there so yea n i get wym

english (~0.5 hours)
- mod A

japanese (~0.5 hours)
-unit 8 revision and questions

wanted to do chem as well but im so tired

- memorised eng essay ~ 1.5 hr
- study everything for chem + questions ~ 4.5 hrs
- didnt do too much for physics just went over everything ~ 0.5 hr

Holidays are legit more tiring than school

i agree but for me during school i feel tired aswell cuz i wake up like at 6. It feels soo good to sleep in on weekends tho

- practice adapting to a couple questions
- practice some unseen text questions

not to be that kind of guy but i find when people do that, i just see them as someone who just won't do it especially when you literally had the holidays to do the exact same thing but didn't.

you've been doing really well these holidays!! for what it's worth, i think you're already locked in

Connections don't really make a difference now; I still barely have any connections lol. What you do in year 10 largely depends on your current subjects as well as what you wish to choose next year. I can only really speak for science but It wouldn't hurt to start the year 11 content if you know what you already want to do. Also consider which math and English levels you wish to do next year asw. Have you given your subject lineup any thought yet?

im thinking of doing extension1 maths n advanced eng. my current subjects r maths, sci, eng, history, probs geography, pdhpe , visual arts, istem, pass (electives) n dym subjects lineup as in my senior subjects
