You could go to your English head teacher to perhaps get your assessment task re-marked-but you will have to have very valid reasons for thinking the mark you receive is unfair-particularly in English, because it is such a subjective subject, even two similar responses, with similar content, if it was structured or expressed slightly differently, can result in different marks. Never quote a second opinion using outside sources such as tutors particularly if they don't have the relevant teaching qualification and probably won't have the HSC marking experience your class teacher have and it won't have any sort of authority-because it was your teacher teaching you the content and marking your work in assessment, not your tutor-different schools also have different standards. It is extremely hard and rare to scab more marks in English, the best you can do is ask for your teacher to look over the exam with you together, and understand why you got the marks you have gotten and what you can do in the future to improve it. It is much easier to argue about an unfair rank-because you can use marks to prove it-rather than an unfair mark in English
