HSC mark is inversely proportional to distance from teacher

be the first one there, last one out, and for 2unit prevision is always better than revision

and dont get tutoring, too many methods to do onething makes the mind too mechanical, and that is anti-mentality for q9-10 ; (4 dat tym) instead bug your teacher for extra q's nd stuff

i.e. 2u easy/3u hard/4u easy

then the next year 2u hard/3u easy/4u hard

and so on. in a general sense.

well last year 3 and 4 unit were easy.

i want hard 4 unit and easy 3 unit, if it has to be one or the other. -_-

I dont think they try and make a test easy or hard that is just how it ends up.

I think the 2 unit paper will be harder than 07, but not rediculously hard, i.e. liek the 2004 paper perhaps.

3 unit will be hard as ever.

For 4 unit, you'l proabbaly need a PHD in maths lol. Joke.

2 Unit should be alright. They haven't ever made an extremely difficult test to date, and there are always a few of those 'challenging' questions. Which success is determined by whether or not it clicks on the day. Sometimes it just doesn't.

Anyway, I was looking through the vague marking criteria in the 2007 paper and it made me laugh... take a look at these answers for 1 mark:

Demonstrates some understanding of this problem.

Makes some progress.

Shows some understanding of Simpson’s rule

Start practicing early. As soon as you finish a topic in class, go through past paper/trials, and do all the questions relating to that topic
