Assuming the lectures are two hours each, that's 6 hours of learning in a row with virtually no break.

I wouldn't do it, but at the end of the day this is your degree. Do you think it's alright?

well 2 of the lectures are 2 hours each, the third one is just an hour
do you think if I'm not comfortable with this in the first few weeks i can switch lecture times or no..?

I personally wouldn't do it if there was an alternative, i would be destroyed by the time of the final lecture.

I personally wouldn't do it.

I was about to do a timetable similar to yours, so that I could have less days at university. but eventually I considered things like toilet breaks, lunch breaks, socialising, other extra curricular activities and university involvement. I also took into account the time I finished, and if it was too late, I didn't pursue that time because I don't want to commute late at night. So eventually I put breaks more paramount in my decisions as opposed to having free days.

My circumstance may be different from yours but just make sure you account for all of the factors before you make a decision like that. Ultimately its your choice! :) So good luck! I hope you get the times you want and what suits you!

Oh and I should mention, I'm assuming you are a first year (just like me), so you may underestimate how long these lectures really feel. I may suggest that if you can, just get classes close together with at least an hour break. Then you'll know by second semester or even next year, if you possibly can have long consecutive lectures instead of trying this in your first semester. That way you'll have experience! that's what I'm doing.

I had 5 hours in a row on Thursdays during Sem2, and by the last lecture I was spent. I don't recommend this for your first semester, but as others have said it is your choice. Good luck.

No I definitely wouldn't recommend three lectures in a row. I've always believed that spacing out your classes or coming that extra day will help you concentrate better. At the end of the day, it could help you get higher marks.
