That makes good sense to take Ext. 2 maths then :D. I will have to see how I'm going in Extension 1 first....

What would be scaled mark in MX2 of 60% or 70% raw mark (estimate, please :p)?

well i reckon i got somewhere around 67% raw in the exam ( worst 4 unit paper results i ever got =[) and i ended up with an aligned mark of 91

Wow, that's really cool. I'm not sure where I'd get in the raw mark but in my year 10 results I was getting around a 90% average (not studying... although I certainly wish I did)... I suppose it's not much to compare year 10 maths to HSC Maths and it's extensions but I think, with the effort, I can get at least 70% raw in MX2 if I did it :)

lol....as u said in ur previous post see how u go in ext maths first....just like me.

Hmm
depends on how many marks, for sure.
But since there's 120 marks in 180 minutes, and average q is 3-4 marks
Thats about 6 mins per question?

One average 15mark question would be like around 20-25 minutes but it depends on how hard it is.
