Seeing as I'm 5"9', anyone <170cm would definitely be offputting.

Not saying that I'm automatically not attracted to them, it's just unnerving to see them go on their toes to kiss you. Or having your arm resting around their shoulders. I suppose if he had a brilliant personality to match I wouldn't care, but if this is just at a glance, then yes.

Well, my dad's about quarter of an inch shorter than my mum, (and I'm taller than them both) so I'm used the concept of shorter guys. I don't know that, in an age where we're so well fed, that I'd find a guy shorter than me as I'm 5"2' but if there were, as long as he wasn't that much shorter (so no more than a fraction of an inch), I wouldn't mind.

Depends on how much. Generally, yes. Since I am already v short so the guy can't be very tall if he's shorter than I am.
