hey all
I'm just starting to create a training program and would like to know the best way to target the abs in my exercising. Any help will be greatly appreciated,

crunches, sit ups, deadlifts, all help. If you want them to be visible, cardio and low fat diet.

No.

Heavy compounds will build your core plenty. Diet is what makes the difference between a six pack and a keg. Sit ups and crunches are pretty much a waste of time.

Edit: Oh my fucking god, to the dude below me.

Had a quick look over...

There is only 2 things are worth your time:

Ab Wheel roll outs.
Very hard, and very, very awesome. Oh, but get off you damn knees (or work up to it).

Burpees:
Great finisher. Intended for high reps, builds great cardio.

Rest is garbage. (unless you have some hyper-specific mucle/joint issue, or sport related movement. HYPER-sepecific.)

Hahahahahahaha at Mumma :p

Old Sit Ups are good, but add a weight plate or something to intensify the workout.

Squats / Deadlifts + Diet (if you are overweight) / Quality Food (if you are an ecto)

Fatasses doing 1000's of crunches are wasting their time.... really :uhhuh:

Althrough sometimes you see freaks with huge abs / no back ... looks hilarious
