i am currently doing an assessment in regard to that topic.
Light quality refers to the wavelength of the light, it's like blue, red and green. e.t.c

how do i set the experiment up?

like, do i purchase coloured light bulb. but i am not sure whether the color at the surface of the light ball will alter the light quality. Or do i jus purchase Fluorescent light bulb which is rich in blue and incandescent which is rich at red colour?

There is a bit like this in the biochemistry option.
They used a glass prism to split white light into the different colours. This gives the different wavelengths of the visible spectrum.

This is true, its easy to crack high 90s in bio with an hour to spare if you just memorise everything.
