Can someone please tell me the differences between these two please, it doesn't seem too clear in the Mac Uni Handbook. Is ACCG105 more practical whilst ACCG100 more theoretical?

Which one would be a better choice if I want to do ACCG 101 in the second semester?

Thanks!

Umm... ACCG101 follows directly from ACCG100. So if you intend to do ACCG101, do ACCG100. ACCG101 explores details from ACCG100, and you have the same lecturer. I think ACCG105 is intended for non-Accounting students who need some accounting unit as a prereq for second year units.

Yes, I realise that. But the idea of 100 and 101 is that they go hand in hand. 101 was designed to follow 100. It's just that they allow you to do 101 if you've done 105, as well.

You're welcome. :)

As a side note, I did ACCG100 and ACCG101 last year.

I'm not sure... but Malley was saying that if you failed accg100 then you could do accg105 instead and then do accg101 in summer school so you can easily catch up... something along those lines...
