What subs get scaled up? lol I'd imagine stat272 would get scaled up, considering how much most people hate that subject.

Stat272 doesn't get scaled up! (at least it didn't when I did the exam in 2006).

Because I did it in '06 as well, and there is no way I got a raw 65 in it.

3rd year is harder.. but that should be obvious... why would it get easier? Everything in life gets more complex as you progress further because you build on your existing knowledge with new processes, information etc..

the only thing is i found most ppl got their exemptions in 3rd year whereas the stats seemed to hit a fair few in 2nd year.. its quite possible it changes batch to batch though.
