I'm currently doing an agriculture product study and i'm having some trouble finding the information i need for two of the questions. It would be great if someone could lend me a hand with the questions. Ive chosen to do milk for my product study.
- Describe the quality criteria for your product
- Why is product specification important to marketing your product?

bit late to reply but quality criteria refers to the quality standards that milk is judged by (ie-butterfat%, protien % etc.)
Product specification is important for milk as it ensures it is safe for consumption and therefore can be legally marketed. Examples would include coliform bacteria<1 per mL. This is because coliform bacteria indicate the presence of feaces (and harmful bacteria) in the milk and therefore cannot be legally sold.
