Hi everyone, does anyone have any tips on structuring a response to this question:

“People shape the events of their time more than events shape them.”
How accurate is this statement in relation to Albert Speer?

This is my plan so far..

SPEER SHAPES EVENTS:

- Joining the Nazi Party (shapes the event of the Great Depression as he manages to seek work)
- Good at his job as architect
- Nuremberg trials plea - "Good Nazi"
- Post Nuremberg - books, speeches and interviews
- With his appointment as Armaments - he shapes the outcome = improved efficiency of war production/increase in power
- Scorched Earth policy

EVENTS SHAPE SPEER
- 3 deaths, grandfather, Troost and Todt
- Hitler's Speech at the University
- Cold childhood (possibly deciding to pursue architecture?)
- Appointment as Armaments Minister
- Meeting Hanke - shaped him as Hanke provided the opportunities BUT Speer shaped these events by taking the opportunity

So my question is how do i structure this. I want to go chronologically, but idk. As you can see some events overlap in shaping and being shaped, so how would i structure this. Do i do it together in one paragraph?

Any advice/tips would be appreciated!! :awesome:
