Am I idadvantaged for Medicine at my school? (1 Viewer)

The thing is that my Careers advisor knows little or nothing about algining. He has no idea how epicly 4 unit Maths aligns. Th thing is for UNSW interviews you need a high predicted ATAR (probably 99+). I'm worried that my estimate won't be that high because the career adviser might refuse to believe that 88% in 4 Unit aligns to 97%. What can I do about this?

you know the careers advisors dont put the scaled marks into the ATAR calc...they put the mark they think your gonna get....that calc scales/aligns/whatever for you!!!!

My one puts in our raw exam marks.

it won't work accurately unless they put in your aligned marks...can you put that on your application?

That's not how they choose the interviews. Interviews are chosen on the basis of ATAR and UMAT (additional criteria for ATSI applicants and rural applicants).
