lol i have never seen this who, but my mate was watching it while on the phone to me one time and he was telling me stuff that was happening in it. HAHAH i pissed myself about some part where the dad takes his son out fishing on a lake in some boat and he asks who wants to go fishing? and the kids like "ME ME ME!" and then all these planes fly overhead and shoot missiles into the water and all these dead fish come up, plus a mermaid. BAHAH how random

I hate to say it, but I don't think he's meant to be anything like brian. The whole family seems to be a copy, but every character is different.

Rodger is a giant douche, and that makes him the character he is.
