Go for morning jogs. It increases your self-confidence, self-esteem, health, fitness, stamina whilst studying, understanding of difficult experiences since you're in solitude and therefore possibly increases your likelihood to not procrastinate. This is only for some people :)

Put on some hardstyle, shuffle my ass off and just enter euphoria before re-entering reality (yeah I sound like a druggo).

fucking oath.
and the mary jane won't hurt either (Y)

personally i play piano, go to the gym, i read a lot.. reading's good. allows you to step into another person's HSC-Free-Life for a minute and chill
and spend at least one day a week with friends.. not just studying because thats stupid. I spend most of my friday night/saturday with my boyfriend/friends then saturday night/sunday with my books and my internet and my notepads (Y) yay
