The Wizard of OZ is mad! It's the best movie ever.
It's a physical journey (because she goes to oz)
and an inner journey (because she is realising that there is no place like home)
The friends that she meets are symbolic of what makes a good person. eg
Tin man - a heart
Scarecrow - a brain
Dorothy - a home
the Lion - courage
remember when she woke up and uncle Henry said 'for a minute there I thought we were going to loose her' was really when the witch put her in her castle and put the egg timer on and said "that's how long you've got to be alive'
If I think of anymore I will post it, lol
