my mate is getting me a amp like a alright 4 channel one for like $200 its worth $500 new, its still got warrenty on it..

Also i am still thinking about the moniter and head unit, I have been looking at more expensive gear atm...

Oh, and for most brands, warranty only applies to the original owner, but it really shouldn't be a problem if it's been taken care of.
