Haven't worked for them, but I was an alchemy student for 4 years so I kinda know how it works. Some of this might be outdated.
They expect you to keep have four regular students. In terms of tutoring resources they have a Box folder for maths and science. I believe once you hit session milestones (e.g. 20 sessions) the pay goes up. I worked with quite a few tutors at Alchemy, one of them was absolutely amazing while the rest were just treating it as a side hustle. My point is you're free to choose how much you put in.
