I will give up playing soccer for school but remain in my outside of school team.
I also probably give up my job during the school terms (too many long weekend shifts) but I will continue to babysit once every 2 weeks.

So yep, I will be giving up half my soccer and my job. But keeping the rest because I do believe you need a break, and when I'm busy I'm more likely to manage my time better.

I already sacrificed my time that I spend on pracrastination & games. :cold:

From this early term, I will start to sacrifice some of the time on BoS and sleep. (you will feel my presence less, lol)

From the early next year, I would rarely come to BoS and rarely socialise. It will be basically full-on.

From the mid-next year, I would have lost my sanity and get stuck to my desk for eternity. The power of HSC will be extremely overwhelming and the curse will not be lifted until I get the most desirable UAI (jokes!). :D

But in all honesty, I am planning not to waste a single minute on procrastination (like this) in few weeks to come as I need to get more prepared for MX1 HSC.

sacrificing being a dipshit about my studies is definitely being immolated at the altar of straight priorities.

If anything I plan on taking up a lot more stuff. That's because I do pretty much nothing at the moment and having too much free time means my organisation skills are pretty...bad.

So I'll be sacrificing my free time :)

I'll sacrifice 500 bulls to almighty Jupiter so that he gives me an awesome UAI.

Seriously, I'll probably sacrifice some MSN.

i dont think i could possibly sacrifice anything more than what i already do.. which is violin, swimming & cross country club... if i didnt do those things then i'd be a crazed and delusional lunatic.

& i always feel bad for indulging in guilty pleasures [ie myspace, facebook, msn, long phonecalls, etc] so i make up for it by using my study time more effectively.

one thing i dont understand is how people manage to have jobs whilst doing the HSC. i take my hat off to anyone who works & still gets a massive UAI. if i had a job, then i would DEFINITELY get rid of that...

I'm going to only go on MSN when there are no assessments, which will be never because we are going to be bombarded with them.

Using BoS only for the resources + limiting to 1 post a day if possible.

Limit pointless internet searching, YouTubing etc.

I think having occasional social time is helpful in relieving pent-up stress. Also changing passwords on Facebook or MSN is useless IMO, as you can easily make a new account. I believe governing oneself in self discipline is more effective, and you can start training now since it's not quite the HSC yet.

I still think that during the holidays, it would be good to spend a weekend in the countryside. I'd do that. :)

yea, i miss him a lot, i would have liked the relaxation but it wouldnt have been fair on him, he was a good horse and he would have gone to waste just sitting in a paddock all day, not being worked enough.
