I got these books today for ACCG100, ACST101 and STAT170 (no econ110 outta stock)

for accg100

Accounting in Australia 5th Edition Wiley publications

for STAT170

Introductory Statistics Study Guides (with CDROM the yellow cover with entire book punch holed)

and for ACST

Financial Institutions , instruments and amrkets by Christopher WIley bundled together with mathematics of finance Second edition


Any of you 1st yr got the same as me?

Anyway i managed to get my timetable done so i only have to go on wed, thur and fri,

BTW i bought these since they had "STAT170, ACCG100 and ACST151" placements standing on top

i got tat....but STAT 170's book is coming in MARCH....and so does ECO 110~~:p

I got the study guide for STAT170, is that neccesary? so we need two STAT170 texts?

the orange pack with punched holes????? tat's not the textbook....but i asked if tat's needed....n the lady said yes.....wel.....anywayzzz.....got it now...:p

The purple STAT170 books sucks, didn't even use it at all.
The lecture notes you'll be using .. its got all you need.

CD's got a MS Excel plugin which you'll need, as well as lecture notes, questions etc etc

No not really.
The CD is more similar to the lecture notes that you got with the CD, and the textbook .. I didn't even open it too many times, but it waffles on alot.
I can lend it to you if you want...

It shouldn't be as big as the one you had it .. it'd be tiny, same height as av but longer I guess, although I wouldn't know.

Yeah, I kept all my books .. can't be bothered selling, just lend to my friends lol

oh....do u know how much the ECON 110 is selling for???it's not on the site nor in the store~~
i'm guessing it's gonna be around 80bucks~~
PS: there aren't many ppl lining up today in SES or COOP~~ :p

Sorry, I don't remember, but you'll need it. Econ is one of those rare subjects where you need textbooks :p

Don't remember because I got them all at once..

oh.....shouldn't eco book update every year???? since d economy varies each day, hour, min, sec, etc...

It might be, but there aren't too many case studies, I reckon the basics stay pretty much the same.
