yeah i have my bank account and also debit card hooked up to paypal. Will the debit card be instant via paypal?
Also should I request total or just pay the total ebay is telling me (ie. $15.46)

Yup the debit card will be instant then. Just make sure you're paying with the debit card and not the bank account (it should ask you where you want the $$ to come from upon check out)

Usually the total ebay is giving you is accurate so I'd pay that tbh.
