I just came back from a year on exchange in the UK and absolutely loved it so want to get back out there (or possibly the US). I'm wondering whether anyone knows whether it's possible to apply for just an honours year in the US/UK?

Anyone done this?

Thanks,

Daniel

It is, but unless you've got stellar marks you'll probably have to pay international student fees.

Probably not since they dont have an honours year and the courses are integrated so it'd be quite hard.
Yeah that's essentially right.

I highly doubt you'd be able to go on exchange to do your honours year, that is unless you mean transferring and doing your honours year.

It's probably better just to get through honours, and then do a grad degree; MA/MPhil/MSt/MSc whatever in the UK or a PhD grad program in the US. Fees are essentially irrelevant as most people would need a full scholarship to go to either places for study.
