can we join clubs without ARC membership? :S

yea - but there are two kind of clubs. There are constituent and there are regular clubs.

Constiuent clubs are usually faculty based. For example, if you did economics you'd automatically be apart of the economics society. If you do chemistry; you'll be automatically apart of SOCs. etc, etc. ALOT of people don't realise this.

Regular clubs you'll have to pay. people without ARC membership are more likely pay a higher price than normal.

The place you can definitely sign up and pay for Arc membership is the Arc reception in the Blockhouse. I think this year it might also be possible through Arc campus stores and most probably at the O-Week Arc stall.

You don't get a photo taken or any new card given; what they do is put a holographic sticker on the back of your student ID card.
