Are all of ur HSC exam raw marks scaled up? (1 Viewer)

hey guys would u ever know ur raw mark unless u ask for the BoS to give u it? also are all ur exams scaled up so if u get 70 in every exam raw do they all get scaled up depending on subject?

From what I've seen on the forum (particularly that sticky that had those PDFs) I would say so. But I think depends on the subject, exam difficulty, general overview of the state's responses etc.

Biology
Business Studies
General mathematics
Economics
Engineering Studies

You should be aiming for 80 raw in those subjects if you want 85+ scaled. Biology is around 78-80 for band 6, Economics is around 85 for band 6. Standard English is hard to achieve band 6. Business Studies is approximately 82-85 for a band 6, but this year it may be a lot lower. Not sure about engineering, but I know General Maths you need to do well in raw to get high.

Yes they can , but if you do well then you won't be affected.
