I'm getting them by text so it's going to wake me up at 6am. Hopefully my wake-up call will consist of a couple of band 6's.

yeah, sounds about right.
when my sister did hers (2005), she got her results via sms, the message came like 15, 20 minutes early.

In 2006, I got the SMS (for the one subject I did) at about 5:50, so they're not always late or nonexistent.
