I Heard that some notes posted on BOS are intentionally "bullshitted" to fool kids into false information hence dragging their marks down

Ultimately, dragging the average down soo the person posting the notes has some sort of advantage :S

now which twisted mind would do such a thing :S:burn:

iz it evident in any notesz u have downloaded....or iz this all just BULLSHYT and iz the person telling me this spreading rumous ? :S:mad1:

um none of the notes i have seen r bullshit, if u think they r, go through ur syllabus duhh, or jst make notes of ur own, always best.

Okay let's say they were the only notes on bored of studies, let's also say that every single person attempting the HSC soley uses those notes without question, heck, let's even say that every single HSC student except said person who uploaded the notes, went through a whole year of their HSC oblivious to why they were getting such poor marks and decided to use the notes again in the final HSC exam.

Then sure maybe it will drag the average down

edit: nonetheless, if they got most people in their grade doing that particular subject using the "bullshitted" notes then yeah, it could be an advantage to them

Seriously though, you're doing yourself a disservice if you rely purely on notes from BOS alone anyway. This isn't to say that there aren't some great resources here, I know there are some amazing notes out there that people have uploaded. But you should always check the notes and read wider using your textbooks to gain a more concrete understanding of your subjects.

They're intended only to be used as supplementary material to your own notes, THEY'RE NOT A SOLE STUDY SOURCE.

If you think about it, most notes are uploaded by people who finished the HSC so they don't benefit in any way or gain an advantage over those who download them. With that being said it is always good to double check the notes and prepare your own.

u are a retard the notes on bos arent there for u to copy, they are notes of other members u should use the notes as a guide and u should be able to tell how much is false, coz there are actually some retarded notes..
