yep, compulsory student services amenities fee (which you can defer like hecs) and an optional access card fee to join clubs and societies.

Only the student amenities fee - however this can also be deferred to SA-HELP. Otherwise nothing else.

You can choose to join the USU by purchasing an access card, but this is done in o-week and is not related to the University administration at all.
