Chinese (Cantonese, maybe Mandarin) if anything. Probably won't however.

Why? Because my parents are Asian and can speak it, and i know very little of Cantonese and nothing of Mandarin. Asian not being able to speak any Asian language seems weird to me.

Spanish...I would learn German but UOW doesn't offer it. Also: Spanish just sounds awesome.

I wanna learn spanish and then go do an exchange in spain in my 4th or 5th year [although im not sure if I will learn it fluently enough in time]

Yes.
I want to do something in the arena of international law, so I figure a language might be helpful. I'm thinking Mandarin. It seems to be widely spoken.

if i do it will be for forensic anthropology and i would choose spanish or portugese useful in the fieldwhen doing war crime work in south america. know enough german to get by with same as french.

ENGLSIH is now becoming the global language according to the UN, it has taken over french.
