Please answer!!!PIP focus question

Hope you are all going well with ur pips for SAC.
I know what topic I'm doing and a general focus question but I really need to refine it. I'm doing women and the glass ceiling. I'm worried the focus question is too broad. "An investigation into The imposition of the glass ceiling on women in the Australian corporate world"
Any suggestions?
Would it be too difficult to do?
Is there some other better idea that still has the above as the basis?

What is your unique focus on your research area/what would make your reserach more useful/different insights to other case studies in the dielf? If you have done some research it may help refine your focus even more such as looking at a particular period history like over two or three generations or looking at different impacts of glass ceiling based on ethnicity or focus on newly immigrated women or something and power in the workplace. Not really sure, hope you've already resolved this though. Good luck!
