hi i have this assesment and i really need help with it
IT IS FOR food product and development
I have to chose an existing company to base my work on right

then i need to develop a line extension for my company. Line extensions are changed forms of existin products like Tia maria tim tams

I HAVE NO CLUE WHICH COMPANY IT HAS TO BE CAKES OR BISCUITS

I WAS THINKING OF DOING MUFFIN BREAK
PLEASE HELP any suggestions

do the same company that you based your case study on for the australian food industry cos it will help u heaps in the exam and in effect make u have to learn less.

I found that manufacturers are more willing to help kids as opposed to franchises and their head offices, so with that said try Goodman Fielder (they make those white wings cakes) and there's a show on the ABC for food tech students, can remember its name but they did a case study on Balfours and also went through the stages of food product development, so check your library at school, they should have it!

your assess sounds like the one i had to do, which school did you go to?
