Assessment task on Business Mgt (1 Viewer)

Hi, I'm a newbie to the forums

Have an in class exam [1 hour] to do soon on topics of business management (Nature of Mgt & Management Approaches) - 7 unseen short answer questions based on a scenario we have been given.
Scenario basics:

• Chain of healthy food retail shops that has strong reputation for supporting environment, reliability & nutritional value
• One shop has 15 employees that are unhappy and unmotivated
• the shop has hierarchical management structure with numerous levels of mgt
• employees have specific roles with no opportunity for learning new skills
• shop manager makes all the decisions, plays favourites and docks peoples pay if they do the wrong thing
• shop profits are decreasing
• shop manager wants things to change & has asked customers & employees their main concerns

issues were: lack of customer service, employees can't communicate with manager & are unsure of the goals of the business, no flexibility for staff attending courses, no customer complaints system

Any suggestions on what the "Unseen" questions will be? and,
How would you study for this type of assessment task?

Try and brainstorm about what the issues may cause, e.g might decrease profits and how the management could use business planning process to fix these issues.
