My assessment is due in a week and a bit, we need to do a speech and an essay.

I am having troubles answering one of the three questions, can someone please help... the question is:

Evaluate the role of the Children’s Court in addressing issues about children...

What trouble are you having in answering it?

The question basically has two parts:
1. Explain what role the children's court has - so look at it's jurisdiction and what sort of cases it hears.
2. Evaluate (so make a judgement) of how effective this court is in, well, addressing issues about children.
