LOL... might help if i'd done families yet but hey! have u tried austlii or Liac? another option is asknow a government website where librarians help u find where to look.... google it, apologies i dont remember the URL

Not having done family law, all I can recommend is to use your text book, google each of the questions and browse the austlii database. There would be cases, essays or journals on a such an aspect I believe.
